Sponsorship Terms & Conditions (Condensed Version)

By submitting payment, you (“Sponsor”) agree to enter a binding agreement with DJ It Takes A Village Too(“Organizer”) for the sponsorship of our event, program, or initiative as outlined in your selected sponsorship package. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Organizer. Sponsor benefits include marketing visibility as listed, and all materials (logos, ads, etc.) must be submitted by the stated deadlines. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust event format or date as needed and to use Sponsor’s logo and name for promotional purposes. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
